I have a 1990 Honda 250 with under 4000 miles on it. The bike cranks and runs good. It needs a new gasket on the carburetor, so it leaks a little but a very easy fix. It is missing the side panels. They come up for sale all the time on ebay and are very cheap. This is a great bike, just read any reviews on it and it was only made for a couple years. Buyer is responsible for all shipping.
