Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE 2008 R1200GS ADVENTURE. I bought this bike new in Germany in 2008 when I was stationed there with the Army. I shipped it back that year and it has sat in my garage since then because I could not bring my self to sell it. It has the following equipment: Tire pressure monitor, On board computer, Fog lights, Anti theft alarm, ESA, Heated Grips, Short first gear, BMW aluminum koffers (luggage), BOS slip on, Touratech 2 liter containers, Touratech handle bar bag, Wunderlich feet protectors, Touratech tank bag, Touratech steering stop, Touratech drink bottle bottle and stainless steel mount, Best Rest Skid Plate, Laminar windshield lip, Touratech GPS mount bar. It pretty much has all the little doodads that you can buy for the bike. The bike from the factory only came in magnesium and red for that year so when it was delivered to the dealer from Munich I had the color changed to Ducati yellow. The bike has never been down or involved in any mishap. It has had the shocks replaced and ignition under warranty. The only issue the bike has is one of the aluminum luggage boxes was packed poorly and was scraped while being shipped to the US. It is a beautiful bike that I really hate to part with but it doesn't make sense to pay on it and not ride it.
