up for grabs we have a very good candidate for either a builder or to restore as original. it's a 1977 chevy vega with stock 4cyl 4 speed manual trans. the car is very solid with only minor rust near the rear hatch . also a spot in the floor pans maybe 8inch square. the rockers are very clean and the inside is in great shape, i got the car without keys so i took the steering column apart to be able to start it i put new plugs,cap and rotor and points in and ran some gas to it and she fired right up and thats when i noticed the front oil seal leaking. i did drive it around the yard and did check the brakes (including parking brake) works and the transmission although a little sloppy goes in every gear. although this car with a battery will start and drive please still only consider it a project car or a good candidate for a v8 hot rod. the car will still need to be trailered home but will drive on a trailer. if there are any questions please ask before you bid the car is located in Elkins,AR 72727 please check the distance before you consider bidding to make sure it is a distance you are willing the travel for. although the car may be able to sit here for 30 days (maybe longer if you check it with me first) i will need the FULL payment within 5 days.
