Clear title, sold as is, running but engine is making noise. Vehicle over all is in excellant condition and well worth fixing for the right person. The noise is from the bottom, it's a tapping sound. No, we have not had it looked at professionally. Starts everytime and runs smooth and does not smoke. The only body damage is a couple little dings. The interior is in need of a cleaning and has a few cigarette burns., tires are in great shape. The electric windows, doors, cruise, tilt, stereo, cold ac, everything works fine. Milage is 86363.. On Sep-03-10 at 06:11:03 PDT, seller added the following information: The Escape is a good SUV package. It is decent size for maneuverability and parking, and with 66.3 cubic feet of cargo space, it can be a work pony as well. Normally, the Escape qualifies as a four-five passanger. You can pull the rear seat cushions forward and fold the seat backs (60/40) to create an almost-flat cargo floor that is 66 inches long and more than 40 inches wide. The tailgate, like the Explorer's, can lift up, or you can life just the glass, making it more practical. The family resemblance to the Explorer and larger Ford SUVs is there, of course. Like the other Fords, the Escape has all the features you'd want. Cloth seats that are manually adjustable. And when you think about it, power seats are nice, but once they're set, you don't need the power anyway. Power mirrors and windows, with a remote door lock and unlock. Handling is very good, both on the highway and on winding mountain roads. For storage, there is a huge console box, a cubby in front of the shifter, pockets in the doors, and two cupholders in the center console, one with an ash tray insert that could be removed. There were two 12V outlets, once the lighter was removed. I'll be adding more details.....
