1977 JAGUAR XJ6C in SQUADRON BLUE with DARK BLUE VINYL TOP and BLUE LEATHER INTERIOR. Also features a GLASS SUNROOF by SUNCOAST SUNROOF CO. *This jaguar coupe has 60,933 original miles and operates with its original 4.2 litre OHC 6 CYLINDER MOTOR and drivetrain. Since purchasing I have installed a Tappett hold down kit as preventative maintenance to avoid valve seat slippage common with the series motor. *The car runs extremely smooth and shifts properly. Brakes are good with no caliper hang ups or master cylinder problems. Tires are very good and the original factory rims are holding up very well. *San Francisco original owner and brought east to NYC in 2009. I have displayed at numerous jaguar events and car shows and it always draws attention. Very rare squadron blue color. even more rare sunroof. *Original California body shows straight and paint still buffs out well. Vinyl top is in excellent condition. *Motor compartment is clean and in presentable condition but not detailed for concours specs. *Undercarriage is sound. has some light surface rust. trunk area and lower exhaust ports are solid. *Interior is clean and leather is very nice. door panels and other interior panels are very good. Original felt carpet shows some wear. dashboard and dash cover are good. *All electricals are sound. lights,directionals,horn,power windows and doors all work. *I have the original series 2 front grille in excellent condition,if preferred.
