I am reluctantly selling my oval beetle due to personal circumstances. I purchased this car from a buddy in 08. He and his father started on it as a father and son project. They did the paint and body work. Paint is only three years old. And shows well. It is not perfect. there are a few runs. But could all be wet sanded out. It has two new rear floor pans and new rear fenders. Everything else is original sheet metal. I do have the factory rear fenders that will go with the car. I bought the car with a milk crate for interior. Everything inside is brand new. Seat covers, foam, door cards, carpet,sound proofing. Brand new bamboo shelf. Mooneyes steering wheel. Modified Hurst shifter, with white ball. It has a brand new white headliner and foam. It is not installed. Engine is a 1500cc single port that runs like a dream. I literally drove this thing all over the place last summer! With out any problems. Some of the longer journeys included cleveland to columbus, cleveland to mansfield, and cleveland to niagra falls Canada. This car runs and drives great! Not to mention every where i take it it strikes up conversations. Everyone has a bug story! All chrome on the engine is brand new. New plugs, cap ,wires. oil change.It has the cal style glasspack muffler that sounds really good. New rear bearings and drums. Lowered. adjustable beam. Completely rewired front to rear. 12Volt system. Tires have 85% tread. Ready to cruise for the summer! I'm sure that i am forgetting some stuff. So, if you have questions. Ask!
