Vehicle Detail

This is a true time piece, built back in the late 60's. It is an original 1933 Dodge 5 window coupe that was built in southern Arkansas and has been here ever since. The frame is pretty much the original piece with original suspension, but there is a Ford 8 inch rear end. The top was chopped back in the day, there was a solid floor installed, some seats out of an unknown car (probably Dodge as the builder had a Dodge-only wrecking yard for years). There are also some cool gauges that were installed long ago that fit the dash nicely. The grille is in good shape with no rust or dents, although the chrome will need refinishing, depending on the look you are going for. There is some rust in the lower panels, which should be easy fixed with some patch panels. There are a few places of rust along the area where the chop was welded, but NOTHING major at all, could be fixed with flat sheet metal. The hood is in good condition, but for the rear edges which have some rust, where it looks like it stood on one end on the ground at one point. The rear of the body is solid, but has some light damage. This could be pulled out, or a new lower rear body panel could be put in place. Back in the day, it had a 289 with a c4 tranny. The suicide doors still open and shut good and this would make a great project. This IS NOT an old car that was recently turned into a hot rod, this is the real deal, old school, hot rod ready to be brought back to life. I tried to take photos of everything that one would want to see and hiding nothing. I do not have a title, so this will be with a bill of sale. Please let me know if you have any questions.
