1968 MGB GT barn find. For parts or project car. Lots of rare, original parts, but very, very rough. Body has some rust around the bottom, but is not too bad. Frame and floor boards are pretty much gone. Interior/upholstery is shot (rips). All the glass looks good. Door windows go up and down good. The original spoke wheels alone are probably worth the starting bid amount ($399.00). Duel carburetor. Had two air cleaners, but one is missing. The car is small, but it has some weight to it. It's the heaviest small car I have ever tried to push. I bought this MG off of a friend who lived next door to a garage where the car had been sitting for at least 10 years. He said he got it running, but you had to pour fuel in it--that it needs a fuel pump. He also said it was a 1967 model, but an alert eBayer has informed me that it is a 1968 model, because of the dash board and no split rear bumper. Does have a CLEAR title, but it says "1967", because that is what I was told it was, when I applied for a title. I have had it for five years and I have never attempted to start it. I was going to restore it, but will never get around to it. I paid more for it than the starting bid, but I (and my wife!) want it out of here. Serious bidders only, please. Bid to buy. No Reserve.
