Up for auction is this very RARE Saab 900s 2 door NOTCHBACK,not to be confused with the very common hatchback. This was a limited production coupe style which later was used as the convertible body base! This Saab runs and performs very well. The 5spd gearbox has a long ratio and shifts easy. All new billstien shocks and currently runs on a set of hard to find Shelby Silvervane wheels mounted with GT Qualifiers in very good condition. size 205/50/15. body is straight and undercarriage is solid. some inner wheel well rust has been treated, front frame is solid! Starts and runs out well. Electricals and instrumentation all good. manual sunroof! SPG Ground effects and rear deck lid spoiler round out the sporty look.last photo shows car b4 spg kit. Beige leather seats are very presentable. headliner is very good and clean. door panels are clean. Removable clarion stereo. email via ebay with any questions. On Aug-20-10 at 08:55:54 PDT, seller added the following information: I have had some questions about rust. Simply put this is a northeast car so there are areas of rust in the rear wheel wells. I treated these areas with por 15 and patched where necessary just to seal out weather. the underbody is sound. front frame points very good. control arms very good. jacking points all good. floors are solid. front wheels wells are not rusty. before the spg kit was added, I wet sanded the car and buffed out some areas. I included some pics of the car without moldings to show the body is solid under the moldings. agian the weakest area is the rear wells but overall it is not showing the typical 900 rot you would most often find in one this age. clarion stereo with removeable face also included.
