We buy all of these guys we can because they're very desirable and quite hard to come by. They are arguably the most durable vehicle produced in the US and routinely survive extremely high mileage. This particular Dodge is a nice affordable and great running short box. The paint, body, and interior are all in pretty nice shape for having a few miles. It's well equipped, it runs out super strong and has never had a gooseneck or 5th wheel in the bed which is quite uncommon. It's a 2-owner no road salt Colorado truck and it has a long haul yet to go! exterior The paint and body on this pickup are quite presentable for a 200k+ diesel. It has nice gloss, no rust, hail, or body damage at all. It's been in Colorado since day one and we don't salt the roads here. The truck has a mild leveling kit and oversize tires which I just paid a small fortune for. They're not cheapies, and they make the truck, fitting perfectly underneath. The wheels are in good shape and windshield is brand new. The bed looks pretty fair, has some good staining the front part of the bed liner inside, you may be able to clean it or re-coat it if you like. The truck has never had a gooseneck or 5th wheel in the bed which is all but un-heard in 6-speed Dodges. The front bumper has holes cut out in the fog lamp area for oversize lights which were broken when we bought it. It has new fog lamps and looks decent. The tailgate has a little nick, the truck has light road wear on the lower rockers from the big tires, but it probably hasn't been down a ton of dirt roads. Usually these guys just get beat to heck and this one's not that bad. The truck does show an accident on the history report. I can find no damage to the vehicle behind or underneath, but it did have a deep scratch in the passenger door that may have come from the event. The right front door has been painted and we also had the hood and fender tops touched up from being faded. They look fine and will not fade as long as you keep wax on it every once in a while. Apart from that, everything is original as best I know. We have replaced the left rear tail light with a brand new one. It became available a few hours after I took the photos. The truck has the normal marks, chips and scratches, nothing bad, just a little use wear from being a diesel 3/4 with some mileage. Have a look at the photos. interior The interior is clean overall. It doesn't reek of smoke, but the lighter is dirty and it has a couple tiny marks on the seats here and there. It was probably from the 1st owner, some 40k+ miles ago. We've cleaned everything and it came out nice. There's no noticeable stains, the truck is well equipped. The problematic master switch has been replaced and the stereo is brand new. It has an i-pod input if that's of interest to you. We have the keyless entry remote and the original front floor mats/manuals. She's all here! mechanical I put about 60 miles on the truck today earlier, running errands. It's quiet solid. I own an 04 in the same color, long bed though and I love these trucks. They are extremely durable and the 6-speeds even more so. The truck has not been modified or chipped, it does appear to have exhaust though. It has good power but hasn't been turned up, blows only light black smoke under heavy acceleration. The motor isn't rattly or worn out in any context. I know my dodges, also doesn't have bad throttle fade at rpm indicating seepy injectors. I like the 04-05 models because they had higher tolerances on the injector nozzles and seem to put up with abuse better than the later models. (They also got better fuel economy.) It's reasonably dry underneath, no wet leaks, though has some crusty seepage. The 4x4 works nicely, clutch is fine and no grinding to speak of in any gears. I'm picky about that. The truck has been aligned and drives straight. It has nominal play in the steering but is easy to drive and shouldn't need anything for a while. I won't tell you it's brand new up there, but it's fine for what it is. We've changed the oil, filter, and fuel filter. The brakes are fine, t-case and other fluids all full. This is a good one, perfectly ready to drive anywhere. There's no reason you can't drive this guy right to a half million on normal service. comments This is a neat pickup and a great find. You can also calculate your payment by clicking this link: Financing Calculator Dealer Disclosure (more fine print you should probably read) We do our very best to describe the vehicles as they really are and the options they have, though everyone has a different opinion of what a condition might be. Please examine all the photos carefully and read the full text of the advertisement. Masters reserves the right to sell the vehicle at any time before a deposit has been left on the vehicle, even when the reserve has been met. Masters also reserves the right to end the auction early. We sell many of our vehicles before the end of the auction. Feel free to call with any questions. It is our experience and our volume that allows us to sell vehicles at lower prices than most businesses on EBay or off, but please know that the phrase "You get what you pay for." is constant in both the real world and the car business. All vehicles are sold "AS IS" unless otherwise specified. Local residents of Colorado must pay taxes at our dealership, but will not have to pay them again when going to register the vehicle. There is a $199 transfer and handling fee for local residents only. It costs us more money to sell vehicles locally and this fee is non-negotiable. Out of state buyers are charged no extra fees at all, what you bid is what you pay. Again, all vehicles are for sale locally, and before the end of the auction. Just because you are the high bidder doesn't mean you have the vehicle reserved. EBay allows us the option of ending auctions early because all vehicle are for sale at any point during the auction. If you are concerned, the buy it now option is always a good idea. In very rare instances, (once or twice in over a thousand transactions), the vehicle is being sold locally while someone has pressed the buy it now. You're welcome to call before you bid, we thank you, Happy EBaying! Masters Collection 10672 S.
