I am selling my 1968 Ford Galaxie 500 Convertible. This car has been driven lately and gets a lot of attention on and off the road! The top and interior are almost like new. The top also has a glass (not plastic!) rear window. The dashboard has been completely restored by Dashboard Restorations USA. Car alarm is installed and working and so is "The Club". There are a few dings on the body but nothing that should be of major concern or that would hamper a total restoration. They are shown in the three pictures prior to the title. I tried to take pictures from all pertinent angles with the top up and down as well as with the boot on and off with the intent of showing the perspective buyer how the car will look and not to hide any gross defect. Strong running Ford 302 Engine (V8, 302 cid, 5.0L) coupled with a very recent rebuild of the transmission as well as fairly new brakes and tires along with new points makes this a reliable vehicle that I would not hesitate to drive across the nation. INOP includes: Factory Air - Parts are all there, Dashboard lights - may only require a 4 amp fuse, and trunk deck needs to be supported to stay open. I will meet winner in Atlanta, if desired, to complete transaction. Inspections and test drives are welcome but must be conducted in Warner Robins, GA (Middle Georgia).
