This car is being relisted due to a non-paying buyer. This Cougar has a rebuilt 351 Cleveland engine bored out to a 357, forged internals, an edelbrock intake package, and a Holley 750 double pumper carb...it is FAST. This car has the Clevland 4v heads on it! It also has a rebuilt C6 trans with a hurst shifter. Also has a Ford 9 inch rear but I'm not sure what gearing..It was built to be a drag car, and it will keep you on the edge of your seat. It has all new fuel lines, gas tank, brake lines and brakes, suspension with ladder bars. All it needs is body work, a paint job, interior work, and front floor pan patch. The shock towers and frame rails are INTACT! I have both bumpers for the car. The lights all work just needs a couple bulbs and a turn signal switch...With little work it could be a great weekend cruiser or could be left as is and take it to the track. The only reason I'm selling is it is I don't have the money to work on it anymore, and I hate to see it sit. This car is NOT a daily driver, its a project, so DON'T ask!! The engine, transmission, and rear are worth nearly $3000 ALONE! This a true muscle car that is hard to come by in good condition.
