Yes it's for kids, but adults like to ride it too. It doesn't get used much since my kid hurt himself a couple of times. It starts and runs great and seems much faster than your usual 80cc. The front brake cable is stuck, but the back one works good. There is one broken vent hose, and the brush bar is a little bent, otherwise it's good. Please ask any questions. I'm not sure about the 1990, I just had to put something in, or it wouldn't let me continue.
