Vehicle Detail
Because of onging medical issues that continue to keep me off of this bike, I'm putting it up for sale. It's a one owner, 2009 Suzuki DL650 V-Strom Dual-Sport motorcycle with only 1,464 miles…copper/orange color...in absolutely perfect condition. It's kept in a closed garage day and night and there are NO scratches, dings, or dents, and it has never been dropped or damaged in any way. The few miles that are on it are all highway miles...it has never been off the pavement. No alterations have been made other than adding brackets for the storage case...which can be easily removed. The bike has a 645 cc, 90-degree, liquid cooled, fuel injected, 4-stroke V-twin engine with dual spark plugs and four valves per cylinder. It has a six-speed transmission with twin disc brakes in front, single disc in rear. Also note that this is the non-ABS model. From a fuel economy standpoint, it gets approximately 58 MPG under average riding conditions. For additional specifications and information about the 650 V-strom go to: http://www.suzukicycles.com. For those who have never ridden a 650 V-Strom, it is a large, relatively light bike that maneuvers well in almost all scenarios. The riding position is upright with a large, comfortable seat. Due to its height and design, it is much easier to see in traffic and in my opinion, much safer than most bikes. The 5.8 gallon gas tank also allows for a lot of riding between fillups and it runs great on regular gas. The 650 V-Strom is well known for its dependability and continually praised in reviews by riders and motorcycling magazines. Included is a removable/lockable storage case and I'll throw in an open-face helmet if you need one to get it home. There is no lien and I have the title. For a used bike, this is as good as it gets! I'll be happy to provide any additional information or photos...just ask and I'll respond asap. Thanks!
