For your consideration is a 1979 Honda CBX 1047cc road bike. Bike is in good condition, all stock as far as I know, but I am not an expert. The seat cover is messed up and has tape covering the cracks, but foam underneath is in good condition, the front blinkers are taped together and need to be replaced, the tail light and rear blinkers are in good condition, bike has over 56k miles but engine was rebuilt six years ago and has always been adult owned. The tank is non-dented, but has minor scatches that can probably be buffed out. The tires are fairly new, and I have a new unused rear tire. The rear brakes and caliper are new. This bike starts right up and rides nicely, but could probably use a tune up. I would really like to see this bike completely restored as it deserves, I just don't have the time for it. buyer is responsible for shipping fee or pick-up.On Aug-05-10 at 08:27:38 PDT, seller added the following information: I have been told that the seat, pipe, headlight, mirrors and front turn signals aren't original, but I don't know for sure.
