Everything on this bike is new or rebuilt from the ground up. Here's a basic rundown: Frame - 1966 stock Triumph front frame section with a Choppahead Kustoms 4" hardtail welded on, and molded in - all metal work, no filler. Frame has been powdercoated gloss black. Front end - completely rebuilt Triumph 650 front end (1963-1970) - all new bushings, seals, hardware, gaiters. Fork lowers have been powdercoated gloss black. Handlebars & Risers - handlebars are one-off customs built by Choppahead - lane splitting luxury! They've been chromed. Risers are new and all class from our friends at Acme choppers Wheels - 19" front, 18" rear - both are stock Triumph. Everything has been rebuilt on these, with new parts - new brearings, brakes, hubcaps... Hubs and rims have been powdercoated and held together by new stainless spokes. Tires are brand new. Engine - 1965 T120-R. Completely rebuilt by Choppahead Kustoms from the ground up - both top and bottom end. Ignition/Electrics:- Boyer Deluxe Electronic Ignition, Podtronics Voltage Regulator - Battery that sits in Choppahead battery box, with hidden boyer box mount. Carbs: Two brand new Amal 930's, with long velocity stacks Seat: Choppahead custom bent seatpan, hand covered and tooled in black leather by Truckalope Leather. AK47's! Sheet Metal: New Paughco mini-Mustang tank, British fender on the rear. Oil Tank: Choppahead Kustoms - Jim Bernier Legacy round aluminum tank - powdercoated black Lights: 4" headlight, and a side-mounted Cateye taillight. Paint: Brand new by Choppahead. Hand-pinstriped by Charlie the One-Armed Bandit. Exhaust: Triumph Hi-Pipes No expense has been spared in the building of this bike! Clear title in-hand.
