LAST UPDATE I'VE LOWERED THE PRICE TO MOVE THE CAR I HAVE TO GET IT OUT OF THE PARKING SPOT I DON'T HAVE A PLACE TO STORE IT OR I WOULD KEEP IT AND FIX IT .UPDATE I WENT TO START IT UP TODAY AFTER 7 WEEKS OF NOT TOUCHING HER AND I CAN'T GET IT TO START KEEP IN MIND THIS CAR DOES RUN I PUT FRESH GAS BUT I'M NO MECHANIC THE CAR RUNS IT WAS RUNNING PRIOR TO ME LEAVING IT ALONE FOR A WHILE SO THE FIRST 900 TAKES HER STILL A VERY NICE CAR SO NOW IT WILL BE LISTED AS A PROJECT NO RESERVE NO BUY NOW JUST TAKE IT FOR 900 THANKS CALL WITH ANY QUESTIONS.......Hi for sale 1980 924 turbo series 1 good condition runs well many new parts timing belt roller and water pump just done plugs wires cap and rotor new fuel pump new gas i have extra parts (nib) also going with the car i had planned to restore the car for weekend driving only until i lost my job. I can not keep it the car.... still needs some work to be a good reliable daily driver. if you know about these cars these are comon things that go wrong with them the dash has cracks the passenger door needs a spot weld on the top hinge, and it may need the syncros for first gear all the gears work but when it is in 1st gear and i release the clutch it grinds. i've been told that many people just buy another transaxle and do a swap transaxles can be bought for as little as 200 the battery tray is rusted out ..there is no rust anywhere else on the car i've spent over 3000 on the purchase and all the parts and labor that has gone into it so far. keep in mind the car is not perfect and will need some work ...but it is a nice example to start with if you are handy and know about these cars. i've tried to tell you everything i know about it so that you can know feel free to ask any question i will do my best to answer them ...thanks and good luck......call 646 413 9932On Aug-02-10 at 19:46:14 PDT, seller added the following information: CAR LOCATION IS OSSINING NY 10562 ........................
