Very Rare and Collectible - But needs work !! As per the Vin: 124 CS2 0157419 according to wikipedia designates this as a Special Edition Pininfarina .. Also Has the Emblems, The GT Emblem and Pininfarina enscribed Glovebox. Also what makes this care even rarer than Most is it is an Automatic Transmission. 1979 Was the first year for the spider to have an Automatic Transmission and very few were made, and only a handlefull of CS2 Automatics were avaialble. Making this car a little more eclectic than most. CS2 in decent shap have been going on ebay for 7-8k and even more in restored state. This is the only Automatic CS2 that I have seen on ebay or anwhere else. The Car Starts, Runs and Drives.. . The top looks fairly new but has no back plastic. The car was orinally red but painted a metallic brownish color sometime in the past and as part of a restoration would need to be repainted. looks ok in the pictures but really needs to be sanded and repainted in my opinion. From what i can see the undercarriage looks good and no major rust signs that i can see. I have inlcuded a couple of pictures. Tires are a little dry rotted but wheels look orignial. Othwerise car appears complete and still has the convertible boot cover. Some spare parts inluded in trunk as well as a repair manual.
