It is intended to help you know what you are bidding on, but should not be your only bases for bidding. Everyone sees things in different ways and I suggest that if you are interested in this car, that you come look at it, or have someone inspect it to see if it is exactly what you want. You can call with any questions. 623////2 5 two//// 23 two 3 What a find. All original, un-molested RUST FREE Ford Mustang Ghia with a 302 V8 automatic. Very nice original interior, excellent body. It has a new battery. It runs, drives, shifts, and stops good!. When was the last time that you have seen one of these that was all original, rust free, and runs good, especially at this fair price? The color is a nice copper with some fading from the AZ sun. The interior is actually in very nice shape, especially for an Arizona car. Look at the pictures! The dash has a few cracks, but other than that, it seems pretty nice for a 32 year old car. The carpet is also pretty nice under the floor mats. The car runs pretty well. I have only driven it for about 20 miles, so keep that in mind. But, of that 20 miles, it was on a 114 degree AZ day!!! And the car ran fine and the temperature stayed right in the middle of the operating range of the gauge. The car accelerated, shifted and braked fine. The car also has 4 new tires. Please remember that this is a 32 year old car that is going to need general maintenance and restoration to be perfect. Things that I have notice. The gas gauge, a/c and radio are not operational at this time. The speedometer works, but the odometer does not.(previous owner said it recently stopped working after gauge cluster repair, have the receipt) There is a slight viberation between 35 and 40 mph. My guess is a drive shaft balance would take care of this. I was told by the previous owner that the front brake pads are at the end of their service life. At his time, there are no grinding or strange brake noises, but he said this was from a visual inspection. He also told me under hard steering that sometimes there was a slight noise in the front suspension, but neither one of us were able to replicate te noise. The vinyl part of the roof is cracked and the paint is obviously faded. The body is very straight with miner dings and scratches that should be expected with a 32 year old car.The car has factory A/C, but it is not working. Please be aware that I am sure there are some other things I might be missing. PLEASE ASK QUESTIONS about anything that might be of concern to you. With all this being said, this is a nice ALL ORIGINAL Mustang that is waiting for your personal touch. The price I am asking is LESS than people back east are asking for their rusty molested cars. I have been as honest as I can be, but please keep in mind I have only driven this car for 20 miles, and it is being sold as is, with no warranties what so ever. Please don't ask me if this car can be driven across country. In the 20 miles I have driven it, I have not seen anything that would say it couldn't, but I would never give that recommendation with out some more seat time in the car. It cost a minimum of $125 to run this auction, and I have no intention of letting one of these bad few Scam Artist, ruin it. No matter what the Ebay formatted listing says, below are the terms of the auction. This is a legally binding contract and by bidding on this item you agree to the following terms. If you have no, or negative feedback, e mail me with your name, phone number, and address before you bid or your bid will be cancelled. This also applies to people with less than a 10 feed back rating. This vehicle is sold as is as seen with no warranties. Bid what you are comfortable with bidding. You are welcome to come and look at the vehicle or have it inspected before you bid. The excuse "this vehicle is not what I expected" is not acceptable after you place your bid. Please bid responsibly. I make or may not ask that money be paid directly to my friend who owns this vehicle. There is to be a $300 non-refundable deposit to be made within 48 hours of the close of auction. This deposit will need to be made by Paypal (Paypal from a confirmed address will only be accepted for the deposit) immediately at the close of auction. This is the only methods I will accept do to all the Nigerian Scam Bull Sh**. Regardless of form of payment, it must be cleared and verified before vehicle and title will be released to its new owner. The balance is to be paid within 5 days by US Postal Money Orders Only (NO Paypal for the remainder). The vehicle should be picked up within 7 days in Phoenix, AZ. Arrangements for storage longer than 7 days needs to be made before you bid. Unless other wise agreed upon in writing, Storage fees for day 8 to day 14 will be $10 a day, day 15 to day 30 will be $25 a day, for a maximum of 30 days after the end of the auction. If the car is not picked up with in 30 days, the purchaser is in DEFAULT, and FORFEITS all monies paid. Transfer of ownership is not completed until possession is taken of the vehicle. Title stays with me until the vehicle is out of my possession. This is for liability reasons and incase of default. I assume no responsibility for the damage or theft to vehicle while in vehicle is in storage. If you default on any aspect of this legally binding contract, you agree that a minimum of $300, or all monies paid, which ever is higher, will be a default fee paid to seller. You also lose all rights to the vehicle. Any cancellation of bids for any reason after 24 hours of making them, will not be accepted. Cancellations in the last 12 hours of the auction will not be accepted. If there are cancellations during these times, a $300 default fee will be paid to seller. Any legal action will be handle in accordance with Arizona law. By bidding on this auction, you agree that if there is any litigation it will be decided in the jurisdiction of Maricopa County, Arizona. I have a clear open title signed and notarized by the previous owner for this vehicle .
