1976 Honda Gold Wing

Hi, What you are looking at is a 1976 GL 1000 Honda Goldwing Bpbber that is in great shape for its age. It runs and drives nice. I purchased this bike in 08 from ebay it was all original I spent a long time giving it a more custom look. I did it in such a way that it can be put back in original condition very easily. nothing has been changed that can't be undone. I set the rear fender up on swivil mounts so it moves with the rear suspension this. It is probably the lowest riding GL you will ever see. the seat still has a relativly high ride height. This bike gets attention everywhere I go with it. The bike could use a new paint job, the pics dont show it but with a close inspection you can see the paint is NOT show quality, The chrome is in good shape however it does have minor specs of rust and small scuffs here and there. the motor valve covers are showing some peeling chrome overall not a show bike but with a litle elbow grease and a good paint job it could be. as a daily driver it does great. everything works as it should except the fuel guage and the temp guage recently quit working, and the front brake master cyl started leaking and dripped on the tank see photo. It Idles a little high and sometimes too low could need carbs cleaned.This is a turn key bike buy it ride it home you can fix the small things I mention easy enough. I am including a complete spare body faux tank,side covers,radiator shrouds,etc. These parts can be painted any color and in about 30-40 minutes you can swap the color of your bike giving you a whole new look. I will also send a spare radiator and a factory shop manual. The speedo shows 25,000 but the bike has 30,000 I installed a new speedo and this was as close as I could find. I mounted the rear fender so it would move with the rear suspension so I could get it down as low as possible on the rear wheel giving it that "Bobber look". 6.Vintage chrome Honda CB450 shocks were installed to lower it even more. 7.aftermarket bullet style signal lights were added 8.4 into 1 exhaust with chrome tip 9.Bar backs on the handle bars to position them 1 inch higher and 1 inch back 10.new chrome mirrors 11.1100 front master cyl with chrome cover. 12. sport medium sized windshield. 13. seat matching fork tool bag 14 chrome radiator cover 15. good tires 16.chrome foor pegs with matching hyway pegs all custom set up
