This is a very nice 2000 Ford Ranger XLT Sport with just over 69k miles. It is 2WD and equipped with a 3.0 litre V-6 Flex-fuel engine coupled with a 5 Speed Overdrive transmission. It is economical to drive, but the V-6 Engine provides plenty of power when needed. The flex fuel option allows you to burn regular gasoline and/or E-85 ethanol with no noticeable difference in engine performance. Unlike many Rangers, this one comes with power windows, power mirrors and remote power locks. It also has the premium factory stereo with in dash CD player, security alarm with keyless entry and COLD Air Conditioning. Exterior options include 15" factory alloys and front fog lights. There is a nickel size dent in the front hood which I think could be removed by one of the paint-less dent removal shops. Outside of that ... this truck runs great, shifts well with a tight clutch and quiet ride. The black paint has a few minor marks, but it shines up nicely and does not look like a 10 year old truck. Overall the truck is in very good condition. Recent maintenance includes - new serpentine belt, radiator flush, new tires, new dark window tint, and replacement of the Pressure Feedback Exhaust Sensor. I also just took it to the dealership for a full inspection and for the recall on the Speed Control system. If you are in the market for a good looking and dependable Ranger, you should consider this one. It is a clean, good running, low mileage vehicle that should provide many more years of service.
