LOOK!!!HONDA TRX450R TRX 450R TRX 450 R This listing is for a one of a kind, FULL RACE READY Honda TRX 450R. This ATV was built from the ground up using only the BEST parts available on the market today. I have raced ATV's for years and can tell you that this quad is a monster! The list of aftermarket parts is ridiculous! I'll start from the beginning, I bought this quad absolutely stock in 06 right out of the crate and immediately began building it. I have ALWAYS kept the oil, oil filter and air filter very clean. I changed oil after every race. Inside the motor; I have invested over 3000.00 just in the top end of this quad. I had the head ported / polished with stainless steel valves (had titanium in there, but they cupped too fast) and a stage 2 HotCam. (I also have a custom ground Crower Cam (.440 lift) available for an extra 300.00). The head has been ceramic coated to optimize heat transfer to the exhaust. The cylinder is brand new in March, 2010 along with a brand new Wiseco 13.1:1 high compression race piston (gas ported) I installed the new cylinder and piston once a year to ensure longevity of the motor. I have also had the cylinder relief cut at the bottom of the cylinder skirt to allow faster decompression of the piston to the crankcase. The crank is brand new as well. (stock honda crank). The quad does not have the FCR carb but does have the DynoJet Jet Kit installed and jetted accordingly. Radiator has ALWAYS run "Engine Ice" to allow for better cooling and have always run a UNI filter system. The oil filter is a re-usable stainless filter (75.00) Suspension; I have installed the latest and greatest supension there is. I have the Fox Float Evol front shocks with the Fox Podium rear shock (About 3600.00) Mounted to the Evol shocks I have the Janssen Motorsports Outlaw III EGC (extreme ground clearance) A-Arms with billet rebuildable ball joints and heims (About 1400.00) The rear end offers a Houser Racing +1.75" swingarm, Long travel linkage, Podium rear shock and Lonestar bearing carrier with a BRAND NEW Lonestar Axcalibur +3 axle. To accomodate the long travel in the rear end, i installed an airbox "lifter" kit to raise the airbox up .5" to clearance the suspension travel. The steering stem is a brand new Houser +1 and has the Fasst Flex bars. Attached to that is a brand new "billetanium" steering stabilizer (150.00) Body; I bought this quad with black plastics but have recently (last fall) purchased the white plastics. The seat has been covered with a Factory FX gripper seat cover with a custom "saddle seat" foam installed (Like the quad tech seats). There is a tether kill switch. There are a set of brand new PowerMadd handguards that go with. The clutch lever is a ASV pro shorty "easy pull" and cost me 125.00. The reason this bike doesnt come with a "title" is because there isnt one. This frame is an oem honda frame but has been modified (as seen in pics) and I never got a title for this frame. It is really not necessary for what this bike is for. (MX) and I will furnish a bill of sale. The frame was gussetted with a pro kit, welded in and then I had the frame powdercoated the "Granny Smith Sparkle" at a powder shop in Chicago. very nice job! The Bumper is a DG pro mx series (brand new) the nerfs are AC pro peg (new last fall) and the grab bar is an AC pro mx series (new last fall) The hood is an actual "Quad Tech" carbon fiber hood w/o scoop. brand new (285.00) Tires/Wheels; I spared no expense when it came to the tires and wheels. I have the Hiper carbon fiber beadlock wheels (green rings). The rears are 8x8 dual beadlocks and the fronts are 6x10 single beadlocks. This set cost me about 900.00 just for the wheels. The tires are brand new Maxxis Razr cross tires (very nice) and cost me about 360.00 for the set. The rings are brand new. Exhaust; I installed the Yoshimura pro aluminum mx exhaust on this. It sounds awesome!!! (450.00) I KNOW THE PICTURES DO NOT DO THIS ATV JUSTICE, IT WAS DRIZZLING OUTSIDE WHEN I TOOK THE PICTURES AND THESE ARE THE BEST I COULD DO. THIS QUAD WILL SHINE LIKE A NEW PENNY BEFORE WINNING BIDDER TAKES POSESSION!!!! I can honestly say that whomever this quad goes home with will be amazed at the work done to it. I have spent countless hours building this from the ground up. I am currently in college and starting my own small business at the same time so this is why i am selling my baby. I will be perfectly honest though, I am not excited to sell it and hope that the winning bid is consistent with the value of this unit. Likewise, I am not really interested in trades of any sort but will always consider if you have something of like value and if you do not plan to follow through with the auction, do not waste my time because I will file NPB claims with Ebay. I have listed this unit to the best of my ability and will answer any questions you may have as fast as I can. AS STATED ABOVE...THIS UNIT IS INCREDIBLE!! HOWEVER, AS WITH ANY VEHICLE, THIS ONE IS SOLD AS IS. I HAVE MANY EXTRAS TO THROW IN IF THE PRICE IS RIGHT BUT OTHERWISE THIS UNIT IS SOLD AS IS WITH NO WARRANTY. I AM A CERTIFIED HONDA MECHANIC AT A HONDA POWERHOUSE DEALERSHIP AND I KNOW THIS MACHINE INSIDE AND OUT. I AM MORE THAN WILLING TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS THE WINNING BIDDER MAY HAVE AFTER PURCHASE. THIS UNIT COULD SELL ON THE FLOOR OF OUR DEALERSHIP FOR WAY MORE THAN I AM ASKING FOR HERE, I SIMPLY DO NOT HAVE THE TIME TO WAIT FOR A SALE THERE. THE REASON THIS ATV DOES NOT COME WITH A TITLE IS BECAUSE IT IS A MODDED FRAME. I PURCHASED THIS FRAME FROM EBAY BECAUSE THE ORIGINAL CRACKED AND THIS FRAME DID NOT COME WITH A TITLE.
