FOR SALE A VERY RARE TRUCK 1955 Chevrolet First Series 3/4 Ton NAPCO 4x4 Truck. This was the first year chevrolet offered this dealer option of 4x4. 3/4 ton was the smallest truck available with 4x4 offered. The truck has the all original NAPCO drivetrain. The napco tags are still on front axle and transfer case. The engine is orignal, starts right up and does not smoke. Runs great. Has a 4-speed tranny that shifts and works great. All the brakes work good. This truck runs, drives and stops good. No leaks that I have noticed anywhere. The front headlights work. Does not have rear lights. 12v system. This truck can be used while restoring. The cab does have rust. all the usually spots. The frame is solid. I was told it used to have a utility bed on it and was a phone company vehicle. The utility bed was taken off and long gone. All the glass is there, the windows roll up and down. doors shut good.
