1983 HONDA SILVERWING GL650 An excellent mid-size bike. A great sport bike and touring bike, I have driven about 3000 miles since I purchased it earlier this spring. Engine is perfect; transmission is smooth in all gears and shifts smooth without problems; does not leak oil or any other fluids; everything works; runs and stays at an even temp; has been fully serviced with plugs, filters, oil, coolant; tires are still good for a few thousand more miles, front tire is like new with 80% tread; original Honda-line front fairing with good windshield; the battery and generator are in perfect working condition; the bike is titled in my name, registered, insured and has passed Missouri state inspection (insurance after the sale is the responsibility of the winning bidder.) I made a few customizations on this bike to make it look and feel better: Side bags have been replaced with a soft waterproof saddlebag; windshield was trimmed down 3 inches for better visibility; and the paint job is an in-house paint job to make this bike look sleek - a very clean and durable dull black color. The winning bidder will be responsible to pick up the bike before 8/30/2010 from Booger Holler Storage located at 7956 Hwy 76 East, Kirbyville, MO 65679.; The winning bidder will be provided the access code and lock code to enter the protected storage unit to get the vehicle. The title will be signed and with the vehicle, along with the key. THERE IS ALSO A NICE HARD COVER BOOK ON THE FLOOR (COSMOS, BY CARL SAGAN,) AND A $65 CAR BATTERY THAT IS ALMOST NEW, PURCHASED FROM WALMART ABOUT 6 MONTHS AGO AND ONLY USED FOR ABOUT 1000 MILES, ITS A FULL SIZE CAR BATTERY, NOT A MOTORCYCLE BATTERY.
