ALL Original 1979 Honda CX500 Deluxe...NOT the Custom model! This is a very nice Honda CX500D. This model was made for only 3 years starting in 1979. Overall it is the Cadillac of the CX500 series, with a larger seat, 19" front wheel and 16" rear wheel, larger rear fender and light, better gauges and this one also has a backrest (Which is removable). Overall the bike is in very good condition with only 29K miles on it. The original owner took very good care of this bike, as proof, the original warranty papers, owners manual and service manual and tool kit are still in place. Tires are very good, new battery, new spark plugs and ALL the electrical items work. This Bike Starts right up and runs great! The engine blows NO smoke, even when started cold. Tires have only a few miles on them and are almost new. I'm no mechanic, so I would have someone balance the carbs since I have no clue...I also have a VID link of the bike running showing you that there is no smoke and that all the lights and electronics work on the bike. Bike is sold as is with no warranty. Please ask questions before bidding. Bike has been off the road for 3 years, so I would suggest a mechanic do a once though on the bike since I am not a mechanic. I have described this bike to the best of my knowledge. This is for local pick or I will work with YOUR shipper on MY schedule.
