1962 Studebaker GT Hawk 259 Studebaker V-8 (not original motor), Borg-Warner T-10 4 Speed Transmission, 2 BBL carb, power steering, manual drum brakes, good clutch and the car gets 19+ miles per gallon. (No kiddin'!) This car is not a show car and is not represented as one, but it is a great daily driver ~ with color and metallic in the paint it gets lots of thumbs ups, waves and comments everywhere! It runs and drives good, but really could use a good tune up. Front bucket seats are original but back seat has been re-upholstered (not original style). Has new carpet and new headliner. All gauges work except the clock and the gas gauge. Some minor rust inside of trunk but the rest of the car is very solid. Has some minor hail damage on hood, top and trunk as a result of a recent hail storm. These do not show up well at all in the pictures but I will take additional pictures and email them upon request. It is very difficult to get a clear picture of the damage due to the amt of metallic in the paint. Chrome trim, i.e. bumpers, headlight trim rings, bullet trim that houses plastic inserts are very straight, but chrome is very worn. See pictures.
