Up for auction is my 2001 Pontiac Firebird. I bought this car in 2006 and it had 38,000 miles on it. The car has been a daily driver ever since. The motor runs strong and has low miles considering it's age (a good portion of the miles are highway.) I get about 25city/28highway which is pretty good for a V6. The car has had regular tune ups and fluid \ oil changes. The t-top seal is in very good condition and does not leak. Hood and hatch air shocks work well. Both Headlights flip up and down fine. The only time it has ever died on me was last summer, the fuel pump went bad. There is a brand new pump now so it should be good. I just put a bunch of work into it and it is now much nicer then when I bought it. There is only one problem with the car, the AC doesn't work I got it charged once, but I think it has a leak. The right fog light is broken in the picture, but will be fixed in near future(I just ordered one.) List of work done during spring 2010(All work was done at same time) (Car has had less then 1000 miles put on it since work.) Custom candy blue paint job with blue shimmer ghost pearl. It looks like color changing blue glass. (I still have a half pint of paint left over for touch ups in future) 17" Corvette Z06 rims (they are 2 inches wider then stock tires = great handling) with Nexxen N3000 W rated tires at least 90% tread left HyperTech MAXXPower Tuner Cold Air intake New Plugs and wires New front/rear _ shocks/struts. New oil pan (with oil change less than 1000 miles ago.) New Front Break Calipers New Drilled Rotors and New Pads all around 2 New Otto R racing seats (driver seat is a power seat) w/ 4way cam-lock harnesses New Boss DVD/CD/MP3 deck New Blue Carpet (Old carpet was stained and needed replaced.) Sound matted doors and sides behind back speakers Memphis speakers, but they aren't new they were put in early 2007 and still sound good. Kenetic Power Cell hidden in hatch to hook an amp up to. Also 2007. Buy it with "Buy it Now" I will throw in an Orion H2 12 2000watt rms Sub, in a custom cell box for the car. (No amp with it and I have pics of it if you wanna see it and what it looks like in the car.) This car is perfect if you are thinking about doing the V8 swap or is fine to drive as for at least another 100,000 miles with just general wear part costs. I think that about covers it.
