Up for your consideration is a 1957 Chevy Bel Air, 2 door hardtop. Clear title in hand. This is a project car, but a fairly solid start. Roof is solid, front fenders are good except for the lower, rear tip just in front of the doors, and right side has minor rust behind front bumper. Eyebrows are very solid. Hood is solid. All wheel lips appear to be in good condition. Left rear quarter has very little rust showing, very low, in front of wheel, where the rocker moldings hold moisture. Right rear quarter also appears solid except for the same area as the right, but has slightly more. Rockers should be replaced, left side not too bad, though. No motor or transmission, but an original V8 car with manual trans. All stainless, except the gas door, looks very good, with only a few very small dings seen. Frame looks to be solid everywhere, with no repairs noticed. Trunk floor is in good condition and shock towers are very good, also. Front floors have had patch work, but an amatuer job, and have additional rust and a hole someone cut for a floor shift. Interior is all there except for headliner. Front seat is not original. Car is sold as is, where is. No warranty expressed or implied. Please look at all of the pictures. What you see is what you are bidding on. Any questions, just ask. You are not bidding for the right to inspect the car after the auction is over, you are bidding to buy. I am making this a 10 day auction so prospective bidders have ample time to come see the car if they so wish. I will sell only to the US. This is local pick up. If the buyer wants to ship the car, the buyer must make all arrangements and pay for the shipping. There is $500.00 deposit due with 24 hours of the auction end via Paypal. The balance is due in cash at time of pick up. Car must be picked up within 10 days of auction end. If you wish to pay with a cashiers check (certified funds), all funds must clear my bank before car or title will be released. If you have less than 5 positive feedbacks or any negative ones, please contact me before you bid or I may cancel your bid.
