Thank you for taking the time to look at my auction! This is a 1999 Ford E-250 Wheelchair van. I purchased the van a couple years ago as a back-up unit for our medical transportation business. It has been used locally in the area transporting people to and from Doctor's appointments and home from the hospital. This van has served us well. Unfortunatley another driver not paying attention to the road hit the left side of the van (shown in pics), and dented the drivers side panel. Because of the insurance companies policies, the van was determined to be a total loss. This panel can easily be repaired, or the van can even still be used as-is. The van runs strong and handles well. I had recently had my mechanic clean-out the top-end of the motor and she runs great. She's not a show piece, but if you need some cheap reliable wheels, here's your van. It would be great for a contractor because of the high-top roof and the power lift in the side. The wheelchair lift works great. I think it's rated to lift either 650 or 700 lbs. It's a Braun Millenium Series Lift. There are 2 flip-down seats in the rear as well. There is enough room to tie-down 2-3 wheelchairs, depending on how you situate them. This van could also easily be placed back in service doing medical transportation. Unfortunatley for me I had to purchase another van while the insurance companies battled out what they were doing about this one, and I was left with the van. It does have a salvage certificate, which is why I am selling it so cheap. As far as what does it need? I think she'll need rear brake pads, and the outer drivers door handle is sticking. This van is located in West Grove, Pa which is about 45 min outside of Philly or only 15 min from Delaware. I would encourage anyone interested to come see it if you can.
