I have a 2001 rm250 with a clean title, it has alot of aftermarket parts including a full fmf exhaust, new tires, new sprockets, new clutch and a new chain to name a few. It needs a new piston and ring and a new connecting rod bearing. The bike is already apart all you have to do is get that parts and put it back together. I just rebuilt the motor with a new piston and ring and had the cylinder honed then the connecting rod bearing seized on me so now I took it all back apart and decided to start another project, The engine is still in the bike just for ease of moving it. The engine only takes about 30 min to take it all the way out but you will have to do so to replace the connecting rod. The bike is in very good condition and all the plastic is newer with newer graphics on it. This bike is sold as is, I know it should only cost about 300 at most in parts to fix the bike then it will be worth around 1800 to 2000 dollars so it is priced accordingly.
