1972 Dodge Demon Up for auction is this super solid Demon from Nevada. The car is probably 95% rust free. It has the indestructable 225 ci Slant six engine and a 904 auto trans. Its a pretty bare bones car. The strange part is it has a aftermarket cruise control setup and has factory rear defrost. The car runs and drives pretty darn good. Ive had it on the highway doing 75-80 mph no problem and the fuel mileage is great. The car has the "deep" 340 14" small bolt steel wheels w/ red stripe dog dish caps. Other than that it is pretty much the way it came from the factory. The original paint is weathered w plenty of touch ups dings small dents and scratches. Its FAR from perfect thats why its priced so cheap but it sure looks good from 10 ft away !!! The interior has plenty of wear especially the front bench is torn up but has a decent cover on it. It has the cool split bench w/ fold down arm rest. The radio is missing and has a hole cut for a newer style radio as most do. The headliner and door panels are pretty good. The car has plenty of little quirks as all these cars do such as a gas gauge that works when it wants to, and the front brakes need to be adjusted a little better to name a couple. It does have all new wheel cylinders and brake hoses. What can you expect from a 38 year old car that hasnt been restored ??? The car turns heads everywhere you go and be prepared because everyone wants to see the 340 under the hood !!! LOL. This car will make a great 1st car for your kid or just a cool driver or cruiser.
