Up for sale is my #'s matching Buick special delux 4dr wagon that was sold new at Fermoile Buick on 5/15/1961.What happened to it between then and 12/06 when i picked it up in Burbank Ca. i do not know.The previous owner said he saw it in his buddies back yard , bought it ,rebuilt the carb and drove it.i have a copy of the old ca title and another document from ca. dmv that states that the milage is correct 0n 9/26/06 @53,036.Had around 53,800 when i bought it and now has 58,150.Has the vin ( a) on title ( b)inside door (c)on frame rail in motor compartment ( d)on front of motor on the block. Has the 215 all aluminum block and the dual path turbine transmission, which the owners manuel says delivers 65% of the 155 hp directly to the rear wheels.Speedometer only goes to 100, and once i found out what it had and it did all that and then some.This car runs and drives like new.New paint and body work including going in with new metal in a couple of spots 18 months ago, New tuxedo loop carpet,brakes good,am tube radio works,surface rust in trunk,body is not perfect allthough it is real close.Drive it home. Heater fan is the only thing that did not come on the last time i tried it and there is a crack in the windshield due to a rock chip, i priced a new one at 400 and 450 from 2 different vendors, any Questions call me 903-624-3259 Richard . Still has original generator.Fuel gage works and all lights including dash lights work.
