Very comparable to the liter bikes of recent. I previously purchased a new 2006 CBR1000RR and I can say that I can ride this bike harder on the street. The HP is less, but the HP:Weight is almost the same and makes it more applicable. This will make a great bike to use on the track and the street. Previous owner allowed it to fall over in the garage resulting in a little damage on the left side fairing near where your knee would be. Right side has a crack near turnsignal from what looks like someone walking into the signal. Don't be fooled this is a seriously fast bike, and the little damage is hardly seen. This bike revolutionized super bikes!! On Jul-01-10 at 20:23:53 PDT, seller added the following information:I have unfortunately caused a dent to the gas tank on the right side today 7-1-10. I took the bike on a trailer to Atco, NJ and it leaned over onto the trailer rail. It also cracked the corner near the right turn. Unfortunate, but easy fixes. Worst case change the tank if you are really concerned and they cost about $200. I have lowered the reserve.
