Though I have seen, owned, and admired quite a few Corvettes in my day, I believe I (and anyone else) would be hard pressed to find one as beautiful and well maintained as this particular C-4 Convertible. First off this little jewel is a certified, accident free, two owner vehicle. It has been pampered and meticulously maintained its entire life. The appealing gloss black exterior and beautiful black leather interior are an absolutely striking combination!!!! The stunning Raven black paint maintains a mirror like finish! The paint is original to the car. She has never had any touch ups or paint work at all. There is no exterior damage to speak of and all of the factory glass is also in excellent condition. The cockpit is in pristine condition and rear compartment is also free from any stains, tears, or damage. The seat buns are firm, crisp and seem to almost wrap around you! This NON SMOKER vehicle almost has to been seen to be truly appreciated. “The original ash tray is in the glove box and has never even been used”! This jewel will definitely set you apart from the others at the shows {It is begging to be driven to Bowling Green KY.}! THIS MAY JUST BE THE MOST THROUGOUHLY DOCUMENTED C-4 ON THE PLANET!!! There are too many original documents, invoices, GM only authorized dealer service records, promotional items, and memorabilia to count that belong to this particular C-4! “THIS ONE STILL HAS IT’S ORGINAL WINDOW STICKER”!!! Every single detail has been addressed continuously in regards to this Corvette. This one has only had Mobil 1 Synethic Oil installed since day one as well. The original owner drove this Vette to Florida several times and then placed her in storage. Since the trips were mostly quite enduring in length …the ole Corvette feels, looks, and handles like new! Every one of the factory instruments operate as they should including the original radio/CD, lights, exterior lamps, power windows, power mirrors, lumbar seat, signals and traction control. The awesome 5.7 power plant still rumbles and performs just like she did when it left the factory. The motor & transmission are COMPLETELY stock and unmolested! The 6 spd tranny will push you back in the seat at the given command and the gears shift without any hesitation. This is not your average nice or even super nice roadster. This one has been garaged, covered and meticulously maintained! One month old factory correct Good Year Eagle [HP] High Performance 255 45 R17 {front} & pavement pounding 285 40 17’s {rear} moves this sports car with ease respectfully! There aren’t really words that can express just how much this particular rag top separates itself from the other C-4’s in the field! This roadster took 3rd place in the 2009 Saint Louis Mid West Corvette regionals! There was over one hundred and twenty 1993-1996 C-4 Models in competetion and YET this car impressed the most critical judges! The ride and handling will just make you smile as you cruise the highway. It is truly amazing to see just how many people are really starting to appreciate these C-4’s in this condition! She turns just about as many heads as any other classic muscle car on the road. No wind noise with this amazing convertible either ….{unlike most}. The soft top {top quality canvas} was serviced approx: one year ago. It was {steam cleaned, banned, and contoured} it still looks new! There is not a single hint of a rock chip or damaged glass anywhere. Some of the weather stripping was replaced at the same time that the top was serviced. The driver’s door upper weather strip molding could stand to be replaced at a later date {already purchased & included with the sale}. At the end of the day this triple black roadster is a TRUE documented {48,000} mile, accident free, Corvette rag top that is a sheer pleasure to drive every single time she leaves the garage!
