For sale is my 1980 RX-7 project car. I am selling her because I just don't have time to work on her these days.Just to be Clear, this is not a car you will be able to drive home. This is a project car. It starts but won't stay running. I have not been able to get the carb tuned out correctly. Description: --12A Street Ported Engine --5 Speed --Racing flywheel --Sport clutch --The Rat's Nest has been removed, but the car is still running the thermal reactor and air pump. --Both carbs have been recently rebuilt (using sterling's excellent instructions). --The 2nd engine is actually the original engine for the car and appears to be carbon locked. All parts included with this engine including Rat's nest.--Other than refusing to stay running I don't know of any other issues with her. I know all of the electrical works, but since you cannot keep the engine running its hard to be sure about other systems. --I have no title for her. Didn't get one when I bought her with the seized engine. I am willing to sign an affidavit of title if your state requires it. In MS you can get one for $50 without the previous owners signature. --I do not know if the mileage on the odometer is correct for the car. (I'm sure it is not correct for the engine.)
