1991 Chevrolet 454SS Pickup with 26000 original miles (confirmed by CARFAX) NO RESERVE AUCTION This is the much more desirable version of the 454SS as the 1991 version is much rarer (983 trucks produced) and has the very desirable overdrive transmission along with the 4:10 rear end. Much nicer combination than the 90’s version (13,748 produced). Runs and drives like new, A/C ice cold, everything works. This is a spectacular version of the 454SS. Truck is all stock except for Eibach lowering kit front and rear. Front includes drop spindles, lowered springs and nitro shocks. Rear includes lowered spring hangers and new nitro shocks. Rear also has individually controlled air bags to take the hit out of big bumps. Truck was originally Ziebarted and includes all paperwork including the annual checkups. I have much documentation on the truck including originally Owners manual, Window sticker, and some service records. I have owned it for three years and have put 3000 miles on it. Truck was originally from the Midwest, only been in New England for the last 4 years. Truck has nice old school tonneau cover in excellent condition. Tires have 1000 miles on them as does the brakes. Original spare, never been down. Truck is shown with the chrome wheel nut covers, I have the original black covers that will also come with it. The 454SS has the largest V8 in regular production half ton pickup: an improved 7.4 liter (454 Cu. In.) gas V8 with 255 net HP at 4000rpm, and 405 lb.-ft net of torque at 2400 rpm. This formidable power plant is linked to a new 4 speed automatic overdrive transmission. All this power was pushed out to Goodyear tires on Special 454SS rims. The interior comes equipped with a special plush Garnet Red cloth interior and high-back reclining sport bucket seats with a Center Console. Other performance Hardware includes a Performance Handling Package, Locking rear differential with 4.10 axle ratio and bilstien gas shocks. Only available in Onyx Black.
