1995 Jeep Wrangler 4x4, 2.5l 4 cyl. engine, 5 speed. Please see the entire description for full details. I am the original owner, purchased this jeep new in Nov. 1994. Mechanically, the jeep is great. After the initial 5000 mile break-in period, with synthetic oil changes every 3000 miles from that point. Transfer-case, transmission, differential and brake fluid have been changed to synthetic. Regular maintenance performed on the vehicle. Compression check last month has shown 164 to 167 psi between all cylinders. Now I had replace the engine computer on May 13th with a lifetime warranty rebuilt unit. The main issue is that the speedometer has failed me, the vehicle is currently on the same tank of gas as when it stopped at 164445 miles. Pros: * Full Size Doors * Best Top - Sunrider Top (retactable). About 7 years old, it has some wear, but overall okay shape. One issue on drivers side window, zipper clasp is missing. * Aftermarket Oil Pan Skid Plate * Aftermarket front differential skid plate * Smittybilt tubular rocker guards * Aftermarket Rear Tire carrier with capacity to hold 2qty - 5 gal. steel gas container * Diamond plate on rear quarters, rocker panels and windshield frame * Craiger Steel 17 inch X 8 inch wheels. * 3 Michelins (255 / 55 R 17) and 1 Nitto (I cut one Michelin on the sidewall). Spare is the stock 15inch 5 spoke wheel with goodyear tire. * Tuffy Locking center console with Pioneer CD player * Rear wheelwell lock boxes (made by besttop, no longer made). Plastic material. * Infinity speakers in dash, Pioneer speakers on roll bar (not the OEM roll bar unit) * 4" x 2" Steel Bumpers (front and rear) * Windshield hinge mounts for Driving / Fog lights * New Computer * Best Top WindJammer Curtain (tan) * Full Roll Bar padding (not standard on S models) * Wire mesh Light guards * Urethane leaf spring bushings * Warrior Product Shackles kit (1-1/2 inch lift) * 2 core radiator (stock is single core) * Throttle body spacer * 2-1/2 inch exhaust after Cat. Cons: * Non-stock drivers seat (see picture). Stock was torn. * Rust bubble on the Lower back (below the rear door), another on the driver front fender * Rusted windshield frame, leading to crack on the windshield (upside down U Shape, in the passenger side, about 6 inches long) * Speedometer recently failed * Belt squeak upon start up (2-3 seconds) then it goes away. Car charges fine - 14 plus volts. * Passenger Window stops 1 inch from the top. A breakin, damaging the window regulator. Door was unlocked * Light scratches on paint, overall good shape for 15 year old NOTE: vehicle was ordered without Power steering. NOTE: the jeep was in one car accident in 1997. Rear ended by Ford F-150, damaging an aftermarket rear tire carrier, back door, and one tail light corner piece. The hit was high, no frame damage.
