This one has a transferable warranty from CarMax - $50.00 deductible at any BMW dealership service department / $0.00 deductible at CarMax service departments (37k miles left or until 09/2010)! I have had this car serviced and inspected bumper to bumper 3x at Classic BMW - Plano, TX since owning - just taking advantage of the expensive warranty I purchased from CarMax and making certain car is in tip top condition. This car runs like it is new, brakes extremely responsive, it is tight and very fast! Coils / spark plugs just replaced, new rear view mirror and additional work done where I could apply ANYTHING to warranty ... I am very picky and this BMW has been my baby ... unfortunately, I was laid off last July and need to sell, so whoever wins this auction, is getting a GREAT car! I bought it from CarMax in Sep. 2008 (it was a BMW CPO and went thru the CarMax inspection ... it is CARFAX clean too. I just invested $300.00 on front spoiler touch up today for the normal road wear by professional ... this car is in even better condition than when I bought it from CarMax ... new M3 floor mats too! Wheels have some curb rash ... photos will show this minor wear, interior and seats are in great condition ... just slight paint flaking on door panel - just disclosing everything as you will see by my rating of 100% Positive on 272 transactions (see my seller feedback) - you can bid with confidence on this one!! NO RESERVE on this auction .. Good Luck! If you haven't driven a BMW M3, well ... you are in for a treat and the SMG transmission provides the performance of manual shifting with paddle shifters or stick OR by bumping the shifter to the right, you put the vehicle in auto transmission. I'll personally take you through each of the settings too if needed ... quick shift settings to smooth shift settings, take off the DSC, press the Sport button, click it up to the 6th setting and HANG ON!!! I bought this car in 09/2010 - a new sells for over $55,000 ... if you buy this car, you will not be disappointed ... still can't believe I am actually selling it :-( Vehicle description: 2004 BMW M3 Convertible - Paddle Shift - Heated Leather - Xenon Lights - Park Assist - 19" Wheels - Very Clean - Only 67K Miles!! 2004 BMW M3 2dr Convertible (3.2L 6cyl ) 333HP with Titanium Silver Metallic Exterior, Black Interior. On Jun-05-10 at 06:58:36 PDT, seller added the following information: CORRECTION: WARRANTY IS GOOD THRU 09/2012 OR expiration mileage of 105,870... NOT 09/2010 AS LISTED ABOVE!! SHOULD READ: Don't Buy a BMW Without a Warranty! This one has a transferable warranty from CarMax - $50.00 deductible at any BMW dealership service department / $0.00 deductible at CarMax service departments (37k miles left or until 09/2012)! On Jun-05-10 at 23:25:49 PDT, seller added the following information: I have received questions regarding the CarMax Maxcare Warranty ... here is a link where you can learn more about what is covered, what is not covered ...also, it was pointed out that my deductible at a BMW dealership is $75.00 and a $50.00 deductible if taking it for service at a CarMax. I have always used the BMW dealer for the warranty work / service ... my payments of $50.00 were based on the deductible from the CPO (Certified Pre-Owned) which is now expired. And, the deductible for the CarMax Maxcare to be utilized at a BMW house is $75.00, not $50.00. CarMax Maxcare info: http://www.carmax.com/enus/auto-warranty/default.html On Jun-09-10 at 07:57:02 PDT, seller added the following information: To clarify for everyone ... Car is in great condition-no dents, dings, wrecks *be sure to look at history tab / Autocheck info ... only minor cosmetics on rims which you'll find on 9 our of 10 of these and two areas in car that have minor interior paint flaking (door and under the emergency brake as seen in pic) -- you can bid with confidence ... just disclosing everything, vehicle runs awesome! CarMax warranty is good for an additional 37k miles (105,870) OR thru expiration date of 09/2012 (over 2 more years)The deductible at any BMW dealership for this warranty is $75.00. If you take it to a CarMax, the deductible is $50.00 I purchased vehicle from CarMax in 09/2008, it still had the BMW CPO warranty at time of purchase, but I have used the CarMax warranty too, no problems ... they sent out an inspection as I was having anything/everything that could be applied completed and this is when they replaced the rear view mirror and additional work on tightening up the car ... which I have done 2x since, just working out the warranty to make this car as good as it can be!I will need the $500.00 deposit within 48 hours of auction close and you can send a cashiers check for balance or better yet, wire my local bank where title is held and I will sign off on title and have it sent over night via FedEx to auction winner. Thank you everyone for all of the emails - good luck to each of you, whoever wins this auction will have an incredible car that I have always received compliments and a lot of attention - especially when starting the engine and hearing the German technology in this incredible vehicle!
