This truck had a new long block installed in May of 2009 at 154,568 miles. I also installed a new exhaust manifold, water pump, clutch, pressure plate and throw out bearing. I took it to have a tune job and also had a new radiator installed at the same time. I bought this truck in June of 2007 and since have done the following: New rear and front lights, used bucket seats, new carpet, tilt wheel, tach, gauges, cd player, head rests with speakers, dash speakers, new speedo cable, new shocks, new clutch hydraulic actuator and a new starter. It runs good and gets about 17 miles to the gallon probably because of the tires. They are 15" BF Goodrich radials on the front and 15" Hankook radials on the back. They are mounted on 10" American Racing aluminum wheels. I checked the brakes last year and they were good. Now the bad: paint is fair, no rust, but some small dents here and there, the rear pinion seal is leaking, windshield is cracked and will need replaced to pass inspection. There is a small oil leak that has frustrated me that I can't find. It's just a drop here and there, but it stains my driveway. It had a leaking head gasket and I replaced it with a new intake gasket. I don't know why it happened, but the engine came assembled and I should have retorqued the head. It has a FelPro gasket so no need to retorque.
