Please note, that all of our vehicles are available for continuous demonstration and testing, so mileage may vary slightly from the time the actual pictures were taken. All third party inspections have to be done before the auction is over. The buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees as we do not guarantee inspection on any vehicle for any state. Vehicles that are paid by cashiers check or bank check will be held up to 8-11 business days and the vehicle will be released after the funds have been cleared and we are able to access the funds on our account. The funds for the vehicle you are purchasing sent via Bank Wire Transfer from outside the USA will be cleared in approximately 5 days with no exceptions. 5 Remember: Our legal department will start immediate legal action against the winning bidder for unpaid item and the items will be filed with all three major credit bureaus. If you are not a serious bidder, we strongly suggest you do it with another auction!!! We have to pay for these cars on time and re-listing a vehicle can cause us much aggravation, time and money. We are only able to provide you with the lowest prices and best vehicles because of our strong policies, and therefore we rely on the bidders to follow through with the policies. This is not a game and we have heard every excuse possible. 6 All our vehicles which we sell on eBay will be stored inside of our warehouse facility. Because we have limited storage space, we require that all vehicles be picked up within fifteen days of an auction completion. Please ask for allowance of additional days for loading during the auction! Otherwise, storage charges after fifteen days will be charged at $15/day.7 The title and car will be released only after all Banks checks, loan checks, credit unions checks and certified checks are cleared and said fees have been paid. 8EBay buyer agrees to pay a $265(Our dealer doc/get-ready fee of $230, $35 Title fee...) Vehicle as-is and the buyer is responsible for transportation and all taxes and fees associated with registration and purchase. 10 Vehicle Title policy In the State of Pennsylvania, title to the vehicles are held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In some cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 21 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. We guarantee clean titles on all our vehicles and all sales are through a licensed and bonded dealer in the state of Pennsylvania. Titles will be sent via Fed-Ex for proper tracking. 11 Vehicle dealership bidder policy We do not sell to other auto mobile dealers through our internet auctions. Auto dealers may purchase this vehicle only at the buy it now price if it is offered, and will purchase this vehicle as-is with no warranty. The unconditional guarantee insurance is not offered to auto dealers. We will not assign a title to an auto mobile dealership, unless pre-approved before the sale. Auto dealerships will also pay an additional $265 doc fee. There are no exceptions to this policy. Registration, title and fees: All taxes and tag fees payable by the buyer. Some things to note: Final price does not include sales tax, tag fees, or our dealer doc/preparation fee of $230.00 which is due on all sales. This $230.00 fee is applied to our existing and future expenses which are needed for the winner of the vehicle. This additional fee is for registration of all federal and state documents for the car, all local authority document, transfer of all documents for this vehicle from our company to the buyer, executing vehicle title transfers, messenger's fees, notary fee's, handling all documents for this vehicle and any additional services which are needed for the winner of the vehicle. $35.00 for the renaming and shipment of your title from Harrisburg with DHL/FEDEX, etc. This fee is not negotiable and dealers are included. Pennsylvania residents must additionally pay all taxes, registration, tag and title fees. Out of state residents do not pay any taxes with us, but are subject to registration fees and/or taxes in their state.
