have a 96 metro it runs good. and doesn't look to bad. would be good commuter or first car. not sure the mpg but somewhere in the 30s. maybe 40 on the highway. The car has over 300k, BUT......the motor has been replaced and was rebuilt a few years ago. Has a new headgasket and exhaust manifold gasket. the tranny shifts fine. the car has some pep It does NOT have the rust on the frame where they usually rust out. The car isn't in too bad of shape. In the pics the front fender has a dent. I tried to pull it out with my hands and tap it from the back. It looks a lot better now. Not a bad car just needs some minor work. The brakes were replaced right before the head gasket went out. They are good but weren't driven on that much so they shake. YES the front rotor and pads were replaced but need to be wore in. it has an exhaust leak. I will try to get that fixed It is about an $8 dollar part. It is located just under the exhaust manifold ( haven't had time to replace) It will need a good cleaning and the driver window leaks water in. You can easily see the stripping that needs replaced. very easy fix. Overall a great car. I will try to get you more pics. It is for sale locally. I have the right to end auction at any time. I just don't need a 4 cylinder metro when I have a 3 cyl 5spd! email or call with any questions........I think I covered everything. update: I have a mirror for the passenger side that I will be putting on soon. also the dent in the fender was pulled out a little, it looks better but nowhere near perfect. also i forgot that it will need a belt for the a/c and p/s.
