Read this listing carefully before bidding..... Up for auction is a used 325i. The car is in excellent condition with 100k miles. Starts and runs great, the interior is in good shape (albeit needs cleaned), the left rear power window is not functioning, and the switch for the drivers power seat is broken (but still works and moves the seat as needed). There are hardly any cosmetic defects to this vehicle outside of a few minor scratches here and there that is hardly noticable. Tires are decent and the engine and transmission are in excellent running order considering mileage. There is a service light on indicating the need for an oil change. For some reason the drive train showed as all wheel drive based on the VIN entry but be aware that it is a rear wheel drive vehicle. It needs cleaned up, as I haven't used in regularly for quite some time. There is no title! I purchased this car in early 2007 and had it financed through a local New Jersey bank where I lived at the time. Sometime during the problems with the banks in 2008 I'm assuming my account was sold, charged off, or maybe just lost (who knows). Sometime towards the end of 2008, payment checks stopped getting cashed and I was unable to get my registration renewed. The finance company can't find records, has no information on me for what ever reason and therefore can't produce a title even with a payout request. After a year and a half of high blood pressure and aggravation beyond belief I need to cut my losses and get what I can for it. If you're interested and win the bid, you're welcome to continue my journey but I would suggest you use it as either a salvage titled replacement or one heck of a parts car! I am now a Vegas local so if you're here I would be willing to show it prior to a bid. If not I can email additional pictures upon request. It's no more or less than I have described.
