1965 Chevelle Malibu fresh out of the body shop with a slick Silver paint job. Narrowed, Tubbed, 12 bolt Rolling Chassis Project car. Great Pro Street or Drag car. CLEAR TITLE *** YOU CAN'T BUY A SOLID CAR AND HAVE IT BACK HALVED FOR MY STARTING PRICE. NOT TO MENTION THE PAINT AND PARTS *** I am taking a big loss but plans have changed. Come check it out! I bought this car as a project about 1 1/2 years ago. It had been baking soda blasted so I could see the car was rust free! All chassis & cage work was already done. The trans tunnel has a shifter hole cut and the tunnel is beat up a bit. Wont't show at all with carpet. I believe the car was originally a manual column shift. *I had the dash and interior doors painted Chevy Torch Red. I wanted the 10 point cage painted red too but the body shop didn't do it. It would look better if either the cage is painted to match or the dash is painted black or silver. I left front/back glass out for this reason. *Paint is not perfect (I am very picky) but car looks awesome. Paint is very slick Dupont base coat/clear coat. *Rear chassis appears to have been done professionally w/adjustable ladder bars and coil overs *12 bolt narrowed w/strange axles, drum brakes. I was told it has a spool but I do not know the gear ratio or axle splines at this point. *All tub/tin work installed with aluminum and seam sealer. Splatter painted the trunk. There is sound deadner on the tubs on the interior. *Front chassis is stock with tall spindles/disc brakes (according to prev owner) from 70-72 Monte. This helps w/bumpsteer. Includes rotors, calipers and pads. Should only need master cylinder, porp valve and lines. *NEW from Glasstek (High quality fiberglass components): 4 " bolt on cowl hood, front and rear bumpers (bumper brackets are glassed in for smooth look) *New: front inner fenders, new front end bolt kit, new complete weather strip kit (not installed). New reproduction hood support and hood hinges. *ALL NEW MOLDING FOR REAR OF CAR, HOOD MOLDING, TRUNK LOCK KIT - $425 *Heater Core firewall opening smoothed *Shaved doors w/high quality Balls Rods & Customs kit which includes actuators instead of cables. The kit is installed and was tested. (For those of you who don't like the shaved door handles...I have been told by a body shop that a late model flush style door handled could easily be added without any paint work.) *With the car is complete windshield and back glass trim. Also have grill, 2 dash inserts, 8 gallaon fuel cell and tail lights. *Engine, dash & rear light harnesses present. Do not know condition. Side glass is in car. I have a rear glass, no windshield.
