1946 CJ2A Willys made up M38 military jeep. This is a CJ2A jeep older restoration I bought 4 or 5 years ago. It is in very good condition made up as a M38. The frame and body are in very good condition. On the driver side floor a bad section was replaced (picture shows) VERY solid. It has the military blackout light, gas can, canvas top, and canvas seats. I bought the jeep resorted but it had sat for a couple of year. I have made some mechanical repairs the past few years including a new gas tank, battery, new steering column, rebuild steering gear, new master brake cylinder, new throttle cable, choke cable, and tool compartment door. I drive it very little but it is in good running condition. I have also pictured a few spots that I touched up with “COLOR MATCHED” paint from a local car place and you can see it does not quite match. I believe Beachwood Canvas has paint for the M38 that would match. If the reserve price is met I will include the fire extinguisher and bracket, the pioneering hardware that you can mount yourself. I will also include an extra gas can. NOTE: I am not a professional mechanic and it is register as an antique. I am selling as is and where it is. I will try to answer any questions the best I can. To my knowledge everything is accurate and true. Buyer will need to make their own arrangements for pickup I will help if my work schedule permits.
