Up for sale is a pristine babied Cadillac Eldorado that I purchased from a friend and second owner (who used it to commute to and from Fort Worth - he was a vendor rep) with intentions to use the drivetrain for a street rod project. Since purchased, I have decided to use a chevy motor instead - and this car really is too nice to grab parts out of. The motor in the car is the Northstar 4.6L V8 and has only 98K miles on it. Water pump, AC compressor, and alternator have all been replaced in last 20K miles. There is nothing wrong with the car mechanically at al - runs good as they get! Interior is spotless - leather is in great condition - all interior plastics are good with very little wear. Gear shift plastic base has come off (as all of these do, and there is one crack in the woodgrain plastic on the dash - not bad at all. He always ran Mobil 1 Synthetic in it. There is no check engine lights or any codes on the car - it is really excellent - as best as you can find! Only issues with the car: Car has Haildamage on Hood, Top and Trunk - sides look excellent with only a few spots of hail. Missing passenger bumper chrome piece Passenger Electric lock does not unlock - locks fine. You can unlock with key or from the interior, but the electric feature does not unlock the door. Needs Rear brakes ( I have the pads already to do it) I am driving the car daily - have driven it 450 miles, and it is getting 24MPG. Runs great on the highway and will beat alot of corvettes - power throws you back in the seat great. Tires have good tread - prob 60% Car was a garaged vehicle - he just got caught in a hailstorm. You can get the hood and Trunk from a junkyard (car-part.com) for around $300. Take them to Maaco and have them painted and you will have an awesome low mileage Eldorado. I am selling the car in this auction with Bill of Sale only - I have the Texas title and can get a clear title (I have not transferred it into my name yet) for you in 21 days if you wish for an additional $250.
