Beautiful 1979 International Scout II 4X4 345 V8 4 Barrel Stock T19 Transmission Dana 300 Transfer Case Dana 44 Front and Rear 3:73 Front Disk Brakes Track Locks Front and Rear 2" Lift Springs New Steering Components and Brakes New Shackles Near New Micky Thompson 33" - 12.5" 15's and Matching Spare Im selling my Scout II. I hate like hell to do it but its time for something else. This is one of the straightest Internationals I have ever seen. The body is close to perfect, no heavy rust and only one small wrinkle in rear lower quarter panel which you can see in the photos. This vehicle is mechanically solid, I bought it and worked on it to take my daughters out in so its is safe and reliable. It is a great place to start if you want a cherry driver or a hard nasty off road rig. Everything is there. The 345 under the hood is solid and runs smooth, spread bore 4 barrel is pretty new, and it just passed smog here in California. All smog equipment is in place and functioning. Drives and shifts like new, no shakes, shimmys or funny noises. This is my third Scout II and they come with there share of rattles, and noises this one is very solid. Hard top is on it now and pictured, this also comes with a full Best Top soft top, as well as Bikini top. Full roll cage, Seats are nice and were out of a Toyota Pickup, back seat is re apolstery factory. Odometer reads 14241.8 but I am sure its a roll over. Paint is good, but has some blemishes which you can see in the photos. All together this is the cleanest Scout II I have ever seen that was not a full frame restoration. This is one for the true International Lover and I hope it goes to a good home. Im avaialble to answer any questions, and the reserve is pretty reasonable.
