This Lariat is in very good shape, it runs and drives very nice, has a clean history and is priced affordably. Under 10k 7.3 Crew Fords are difficult to find, especially ones that aren't beat to heck with 300k miles. This truck has just had the transmission rebuilt and local Colorado residents will receive a 6 month 6k warranty on it. This is that hard to find pickup you've been hunting for! exterior The paint and body on this truck are in nice shape and look original. It has custom spray bed-liner along the hood front, rockers and tailgate, shown clearly. You either love it or hate it...or don't care...but you get to live with it because it's permanent. It was done fairly recently and maintains excellent condition. The bed is also sprayed with speed-liner, and has a hole for a gooseneck which is no longer installed. The windshield is new. The wheels look spectacular for the mileage, tires have good deep tread all the way around. You can tell the ball joints are decent because the tires aren't choppy on the inside. (It also drives nice.) There's just 1 nick in the body at the left rear corner. There's very light lacquer marks on the hood, but it's been waxed regularly and they're very hard to see. There's really no bad scratches, just a couple little marks here and there. The truck essentially looks like it did when we bought it, they took good care of it! Have a look! interior The interior is nice too! It smells pleasant, not like smoke as best I can tell. The leather is in nice shape and the side of the drivers seat isn't all cracked up, has a couple little cracks, but usually by now it'd be torn to pieces, which to me speaks that the 200k the truck does have is mostly freeway mileage. The dash, doors, headliner, etc, all pretty nice. Yes, it has some wear, but isn't beat up. The air blows cold and everything works as far as I know except the left rear lock actuator. It's $100 if you want it fixed. mechanical This truck runs very strong and has been serviced properly. It was recently inspected at a friends' diesel shop and he's extremely picky. He gave us the go-ahead that it was a solid truck and well kept for the age and mileage. We did rebuild the transmission because it was slow to shift between gears. As mentioned, local residents only will receive the in-house 6 month 6k mile warranty on the trans. We will provide documentation of repair for all buyers. The oil and filter are new, fuel filter is new, other than that, the truck didn't need much at all. It has had the front hubs converted to manual hubs which are far more durable and reliable than the factory vacuum operated type. (Enthusiast truck.) It has a little crusty seepage underneath, but is dryer than most any 7.3 I've seen with 100k miles, much less 200k! There's very little if any blow by, steering is fairly tight, and it's easy to drive. It's not new, so don't expect a new truck, however, this vehicle has a very long haul yet to go and will not break the bank. comments This is a neat truck and a rare find.
