You are bidding on a 1961 Chevy Apache stepside 4x4. Truck has a 4’ suspension lift. This truck came from from the factory as a 4x4, that is what the second digit in the vin indicates. The “K” is for 4x4. This truck is originally from Arizona and is in good shape. The bottoms of the doors need some attention, for the most part the body is in great shape for a 1961. Upgrades include: 400sb Chevy V8, turbo 350 auto trans with Hurst Promatic II ratchet shifter, power brakes(disc front & drum rear) electric fan, new gas tank, dual exhaust with headers & 3” pipes Flowmaster mufflers, Autometer Ultralite gauges, Sony stereo with Alpine speakers, new battery, new Kumho 33x12.5x15 tires, 15x10” 70’s 80’s era custom made chrome wheels. New Edelbrock 600 carb. with electric choke & air cleaner This is a good truck that does have a few things that need attention. The bed needs new wood, driver’s door may need a new latch or adjustment(shuts hard) Odometer reads 19,888 miles. I was told this was set when the engine was installed. This truck runs and drives good.
