1967 Jeep CJ6 with less than 10,000 Miles. This Jeep was purchased new by a fire department and sold in 2002 to the owner of Hi- Lift Jack Co. He replaced the rear floor, repainted the vehicle, put on new tires and roof. I bought it in 2003, and it has been garage kept ever since. I have replaced the wiring harness, parking brake cable and added trailer wiring so that I could use it in our 4th of July Parade. I reattached the speedometer cable and it is working fine. The fuel and temp. gauge do not work. I installed a thermometer cap on the radiator and it stays in the 160-180 degree range. We just hardly ever drive it anymore and with a 2 year old daughter and no seatbelts, it will probably sit for years. I am looking to find it a good home with someone that will get good use out of it.
