I bought this truck new in 1994 from the local Dodge Dealer. This was the first year for the cab and chassis in the "new" body style. I had the dealer put an Omaha 12' 4" Heavy Duty stake body on it. The truck was ordered with "Package 295" which includes the 11,000# GVW upgrade. I also had a fifth wheel hitch assembly mounted in the bed with a hidden access door. There is also a custom heavy duty receiver hitch mounted to the frame and an electric brake controller. From day one this truck has been an unbelieveably reliable machine. In the last 4-5 years we have replaced the transmission and clutch, brakes, new rear leaf springs, new steering stabilizer, new shock absorbers, and the INJECTION PUMP. This truck has a bunch more life left in it. It was maticulously maintained with the rest of our fleet. You will notice that the vehicle history report shows that this vehicle was in an accident in 2008. My truck driver was traveling down I75 early one morning and was rear-ended by a Hyundai at highway speeds. The only damage to this truck was the receiver hitch got bent. The Hyundia was not as lucky. We had a new hitch welded on. That's it. It is in good shape. It has a ding or two but that is to be expected. I know of no issues with this truck.
